Congratulations on this incredible art opportunity!! What an amazing adventure and so inspiring! Love your photos and paintings!

I stumbled across your blog when looking for other Petrified Forest artists in residence. I love your work, and your Alaska adventure sounds incredible. I just took part in the Voice of the Wilderness residency in Prince William Sound last year and I'm leaving tomorrow for my residency at the Petrified Forest! I also was the first AIR in the Great Sand Dunes NP, which you might like if you liked the dunes! It's nice to find a kindred spirit on the web and I've bookmarked your blog for further reading and to see more of your work!

Wow, Wow, Wow!

Beautiful work, and thoughts. Very inspiring. I loved your photos in your gallery, I could definitely spot some of the places you painted. I also got more of an appreciation of the omnipresent sand. Great to see your workshop participants.

Great cloud photos, what a different landscape. Thank you for going and bringing back your impressions of a fantastic part of Alaska.

Can't wait to see these paintings in the gallery on First Friday.

Bravo Constance!
